Club News: Toronto Kart Club - 2-Cycle Classes

The Toronto Kart Club would like to extend an invitation to all 2-cycle drivers who hold a 2009 ASN-affiliated club karting license, who wish to have additional racing excitement, to join TKC at any of our regularly scheduled club races. This would include classes such as Rotax, Mini-Max, Micro-Max, F1-K, and Shifter, and any other classes that wish to organize themselves and race at one or more TKC events.

Please check our schedule, as we race mostly Saturdays at Sutton in 2009. We only ask that there is a minimum of six racers in each group, in order to run a 2-cycle class. These classes will be for demonstration only, and will not collect points or be part of our championship. Podium pictures will be taken for the top five finishers with trophies for photo purposes only.

We recognize the existence and the need for 2-cycle classes to have a forum in which they can have a place to race just for fun, and/or to get some extra seat time prior to a regional event. If you have a 2-cycle group of six or more, and would like to participate in any TKC race, please advise TKC no later than 48 hours prior to any regularly scheduled event.
