| Club News: Waterloo Regional Kart Club - Oktoberfest Grand Prix |
The Oktoberfest Grandprix has been one of the longest standing traditions in Ontario karting. The list of people who have attended and won the Grandprix is a who’s who of Karting in Ontario. The Waterloo Regional Kart Club is pleased to announce the tradition will continue October the 10th at Flamboro Speedway. Practice for the Grandprix will be held on Friday, October 9th from 3pm to dusk.
The spec tire will be MG F2 Yellows for dry conditions and the MG WZ for wet conditions. The races will be run under the WRKC standard rules unless otherwise noted. You can register on race day but please note that registration will close at 8am.
As in the past the feature race winners will be rewarded for their efforts with both prizes and trophies. This is sure to be a great day of fun and racing, and is a great way to finish off the 2009 karting season.
