The Waterloo Regional Kart Club started the 2012 season with on one its best ever attended races at Flamboro Speedway, but the real excitement happened on the track. The clubs racers put on a great show, once again demonstrating that the Honda 4 cycle program provides some of the best wheel-to-wheel racing around. In the Jr. Heavy final race the top-five karts were within 2 seconds of each other at the checkered flag. The racing was intense in the heat races in every class, because if you didnít get a good starting position for the final you had a lot of karts to pass to end up on the podium.

The race day sponsor was Deschenes Lake Tourist Camp. When looking for a place to escape and enjoy a peaceful lake side destination, Deschenes Lake Tourist Camp is the place to go. Located in Westree Ontario with 100's of lakes in the area, anglers can fish for Walleye, Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout and Great Northern Pike. Hosts Jacqueline and Wayne Robillard can be reached at 905-627-7056 during the off-season, or at the camp during the season by calling 705-263-2046, For more information visit http://www.dltc.ca
