From eKartingNews.com

Joel Miller’s appeal of the loss of his New Castle ICA points has been rejected. Miller used his New Castle results as a substitute for the Moran event that he missed as a result of his participation in the Skip Barber National Championship – an award he won for his 2006 ICA National Championship. Stars rules state that if you drop an event from your point total, you may not attend that event in any capacity. At the conclusion of the Skip Barber event at Miller Motorsports Park, a weekend that saw the eventual championship winner score third and second place finishes in the dual race weekend, Miller arrived at Moran prior to the conclusion of the Stars weekend. As per the rulebook, his appearance at Moran negatively effects his ability to defend his national championship. As a result of the points loss, Miller drops out of the top five for the ICA National Championship.

Actually no. I'm not down there, I'm in the great white North. I just copy things across from ekartingnews.com and highlight the Canadians and ekartingnews.ca supporters. I haven't seen or heard anything other than what is posted here - downside of having a day job! If I see anything go up I will surely link to it.
