I arrive Thursday night so I'll see what I can turn up for you. Aside from that, Trackside Live begins with the qualifying sessions Friday! _________________ 2007 F1 Pool Champion. |

I am very glad to see that the Canadian Nationals are getting noticed outside of Canada as well as inside. With Bill Wright in attendance who knows, a Pirate flag may fly in Canada this year.
Also it is nice to see others joining in for the CDN nationals such as Patricio O'Ward and possibly a few from PSL's Pro Shifter STARS drivers. I can't wait to get there. _________________ Cody Schindel

PADDOCK UPDATE: GERRITS OUT!
A rib injury suffered earlier this season that became a complete break during the recent ORKC Mosport round has led Eric Gerrits to withdraw from this weekend's National Championship.
After seeing limited duty at Mosport, Gerrits was able to fight his way through pain while driving in the wet, but an attempt to do the same beginning today at Grand-Mere has proven too much to overcome. Having to endure qualifying, heat racing, prefinal and final, even in one class, is simply not possible for the GP pilot. Gerrits will remain at the event through the weekend. _________________ 2007 F1 Pool Champion. |

In the Junior Rotax preview i was slightly upset that it did not boast any of the 2 western drivers to race. Harris Stoneman under the new Pserra and Bryce Choquer racing Swiss Hutless i believe. They both will be at the front of the pack and should be very fast throughout the weekend _________________ 2006 Rotax Max Junior Canadian Champion

Perhaps Braydon, but neither one was registered as of the last list I saw. I had no idea either were coming. Choquer was 8th in the last practice and Stoneman was 27th in his last session. _________________ 2007 F1 Pool Champion. |

No Jacob Neal David. And it gets worse for ICC fans: Vincec is Rotax only, Schreiber departed after day one of practice, and Gelinas is rotax-only as well. Fastest in last practice were:
1. Guillaume Trudel
2. Fritz Leesman
3. Marc Flood
4. Tom Cadieux
5. Mitchel Lacombe _________________ 2007 F1 Pool Champion. |
