Just wondering if any one "in the know" can answer this question. With the ECKC schedule being released I was wondering why they would not capitalize on its success and growth and make it an 8 race series with the 2 Quebec weekends being double-headers like the Ontario events instead of running it as in previous years, with the Quebec Championship on the Saturdays?
Does anyone have any insight into this? |

The thing is most of the ECKC teams go ahead and run in the Saturday Quebec Championship race given the fact that they are already there for the Sunday race. So they are spending the money anyway and probably spending more since Quebec runs different tires!
At the very least, why not make the Saturday races in Quebec points events for BOTH the ECKC and Quebec Cup?
Just curious. I guess these questions can only be answered by the organizers. |
